Jams & Jellies

Jams & Jellies have a multitude of uses. What will you use yours for?

  • Black Currant & Tarragon Jelly - black currants, water, fresh tarragon, lemon juice, sugar

  • Lemon Thyme and Lime Jelly - lime juice, lemon juice, lemon thyme, sugar, pectin

  • Cranberry Pepper Jelly - cranberry juice, habanero pepper vinegar, sugar, pectin (also available as civilized)

  • Roasted Plum and Sweet Cicely - plums, sweet cicely, oranges, sugar, pectin

  • Black Fire Jelly - blackberry, habanero pepper, sugar, apples, and lemon juice

  • Hot Red Pepper Jelly - red peppers, hot red peppers, white vinegar, jalapeno vinegar, pectin, sugar (also available as civilized and sweet)

  • Lavender Jelly - Hidcote lavender flowers, water, white wine vinegar, sugar, pectin

  • Mint Jelly - mint, water, tarragon vinegar, sugar, pectin

  • Quince & Vanilla Jelly - quince, vanilla bean, water, sugar, lemon juice

  • Raspberry Blend Jelly - raspberries, fresh French tarragon, fresh lemon verbena, raspberry juice, sugar, pectin

  • Rose Geranium Jelly - rose geranium leaves, rose petals, water, lemon juice, sugar, pectin

  • Pepper Mint Jelly - mint, tarragon vinegar, habanero pepper, sugar, pectin

  • Apricot Habanero - apricots, habanero peppers, sugar, cider vinegar, red pepper, pectin

  • Horseradish and Sage Jelly - horseradish, sage, sugar, pectin, white wine vinegar

  • Garlic and Dragon Fingers - garlic, dragon fingers, white wine vinegar, sugar, pectin

  • Medlar Jelly - Medlar, lemon juice, sugar, French tarragon

** As we try to use our own fruit, some of these products are seasonal **
